Answer» I'm trying to run an on-line scan on my Toshiba laptop RUNNING Vista but Kaspersky is not designed for Vista 64 bit, Panda keeps giving me an error and Trend Micro has been trying to download files for over 1 hrs. I have Vista Windows with x64 and it downloaded and installed just fine. There may be a problem with the site? I'm not sure. Just thought I'd let you know. Thanks for the REPLIES. I was finally able to get Kaspersky to scan my laptop. Trend Micro also has an on-line scanner but it kept hanging. I also was able to get Panda to do a scan and it found 19 threats but they wanted $$ to remove them. I ran SuperAntiSpyware and it found 32 threats. This is why we NEED logs. Without them there isn't anything we can do to HELP. |
