Answer»

diskpart
select disk 0
select PARTITION 1
assign letter=R
exit
reagentc.exe /setreimage /path R:\Recovery\WindowsRE /target C:\windows
Try create a recovery disk to see if it works

You must change the OEM partition to the Recovery partition.

diskpart
select disk 0
list partition
select partition # Note: Select the first OEM partition: select partition 1
set id=de94bba4-06d1-4d40-a16a-bfd50179d6ac
select partition # Note: Select the second OEM partition: select partition 6
set id=de94bba4-06d1-4d40-a16a-bfd50179d6ac
exit

Ha my name is Danny and I did both of these TWO my Dell XPS 8700.
It fixed the problem. Don't really know how I did it.
Only now I have like two partitions SHOWING up in file explore as drives.
Don't suppose someone could tell me how to UNDO this. Hey this is me again actually I think when I REBOOT they went away nevermind
