In a world first medics at Montreal General HOSPITAL used an anesthesia robot, NICKNAMED McSleepy, to put the patient under. They then employed the DaVinci surgical robot to REMOTELY perform the delicate operation.

I wonder why they needed a robot?

Was this man radioactive? The surgery was actually done by a doctor using a robot as a tool, and from what I understand that is the future of surgery. It is more precise and can be used with very small incisions.
