When the game is lagging can you BRING up Task Manager and see if atievxx.exe and cli.exe are using up 30%-50% of the cpu?

I've noticed that periodically on my LAPTOP which has the 512mb Raden x1600 w/Hypermemory that sometimes those two processes DECIDE to go nuts and eat up my CPU. I kill them and the issue goes away. I've YET to have any ill effects from KILLING the processes either.Quote
