Answer» I had a problem that caused me to uninstall PhotoScape and REINSTALL it. however the version I downloaded has the frame section greyed out EXCEPT for a NOTE saying "no frame' I am HOPING there is an easy solution rather than another install any Ideas ANYONE. |
