Solve : Photoshop scan lines?

Answer» HELLO, how are you doing? I'm working with a G5 MAC, final cut pro 4 HD and photoshop CS. i want to use scan lines created in photoshop over my video in FCP. I want the scan lines to appear to CONTINUOUSLY move/wipe from LEFT to RIGHT. Someone pleasel tell m how to accomplis this task.
