Solve : Power supply Problem, Please Help!!!?

I recetly bought a new ATX CASE with a 400w Power supply. I CONNECTED everything, and I hit the power BUTTON and the cpu fan and case fan START to spin but quickly turn off. I checked everything I can think of and nothing. What do you guys think is WRONG??

Please help!!
Thanksdodgy fuse bad connections or  mobo?has been placed in the case and the components have touch the case?psu not correctly fitted?just suggestionscheck over the front panel connections just to make sure you have the power switch on the right connector
