An upload is questionable, a download is not.
Your Printer Manufacturer website should have technicle support on the drivers and a download location on their website, most likely with a smaller download size as well (providing that it is limited to the driver itself)Grab a GoogleMail account and mail it there.
Surely all you need is available for download from the manufacturer's website though?
