Verify that you have access to that directory
I have TRIED everything, uninstalling itunes/quicktime/bonjour, reinstalling etc.
I am the administrator. I have a new iphone which I cannot get up and running as i NEED 8.2.
SO can SOMEONE please helpsounds like one or more of your files were corrupted.
I would try doing a full uninstall of bonjour (you need to do a little more than just use uninstall from add/remove PROGRAMS)

Once uninstalled, try installing itunes 8.2Tried that, it says that the file is not there. checked the services.msc the string is not there.
I have checked the bonjour folder at the command prompt and it is empty.
I deleted the bonjour folder in safe mode.
Re booted and Re installed itunes 8.2, same error.
Any other ideas?reinstall windows
