Answer» I have a RCA MP3 player 3 months old.It just seems to have STOPPED working all together.I charge it up push play RCA flashes on the screen them it flashes Shutting down and goes off.Or it will just Keep flashing RCA till it goes off.I have reset it several times.Also my computer doesn't seem to show the device when i go to DOWNLOAD song now either.I've done everything to get it working again......................Have you looked in your User's manual for any troubleshooting tips?I've done everyhting.......What do you mean by "charge it up"? It sounds like your mp3 player has a low battery.Fully charged up....What sort of battery does it take? A custom one to fit the device, or a regular AAA battery? Custome battery.What's that? Is this a STANDARD battery that normally comes with that model player?I dont have a RCA Mp3 Player and this might sound a bit of a patronising question but have you locked it?! For example on my iRiver (and the majority of other Mp3 Players) there is a little switch on the side that if you flick will lock the device. For example if the device is in your pocket then the buttons CANT be pressed. Its much like with a phone, the 'Lock Keypad' function. Chris |
