There are some programs that will allow you to make your own GAMES pretty easily. But if you want to make something more advanced you'll need to learn some PROGRAMMING.
You can start with a beginners language LIKE Visual Basic.You might also consider going to your LOCAL Library System, and check and see what books they have about programming.

C, C+, C++, C#, Visual Basics, Java, J#
