Answer» i followed the instructions given in this THREAD after finding a radz virus. i completed it up to the last step. i saw on the AVAST report that radz was ALREADY dealt with. im not sure if it has really been fixed but everytime i open my internet explorer, "Radz Services and Internet Cafe" STILL appears. and thanks for the help! i didnt know there were pro bono solutions from EXPERTS in the net. wish i had learned this earlier.
