Solve : Razor Mamba wireless gaming mouse?

Ok so i have had a mamba since mid june now. I have had two of them so far. The first one lasted about two weeks. It has a wireless pairing button on the wireless receiver that broke off when i pressed it. The second one lasted me about 3 weeks until the same PROBLEM happened again. So now for the past few weeks I have been e-mailing their customer support back and forth about it. And I have asked to refund it but they will only REPLACE it. Which i don't understand when I have told them I have gone through two of them and am not very pleased with it. So now they finally sent me the e-mail with the rma # so i can SEND it back and receive a new one (which i plan on selling).

I would probably give this MOUSE 2 out of 5 stars. I would probably not recommend this mouse to anyone. It tends to be jittery and lag when in wireless mode, the thin plastic for the button that keeps breaking, and the poor job the customer service did with e-mailing me were why i scored it that low. I gave it 2 stars because I love the feel of the mouse and the LOOKS of it.

If any of you have this mouse feel free to post what you think about it and the successess/failures you've had with it.Thanks for the heads up. Im going to be in the market for a new gaming mouse soon.
