Answer» I have a MOTORAL V180 it says that its an unregistered sim. But this phone was activated an in use. If I try calling out like 611 it will say call failed.Have had a similar PROBLEM my self. You most likely need a new SIM card. But contact your provider and ASK them, if they agree you should get a new one WITHOUT it costing you anything.Is this cause you dont use the phone for so long.Hard to say why, sometimes SIM cards just die.Why do I still have my settings? Don't it store them to the card?It's probably not totally dead, just defective then. Just call your phone provider and ask what they think already. We can't fix your sim card or phone anyway.I know that, justed wanted to make sure of what was wrong
