Solve : restoring from backups? |
Answer» Had to erase the hard drive so STARTING over and can not GET my MICROSOFT Money to accept the backup. I also have a genealogy program called FAMILY Tree Maker and it will not take its backup either. I have spoken with the FTM techs and they can't figure it out. This is only the start of my problems but will not add them all on one message. ThanksNot exactly what you asked for but I had a similar problem when I did my first re-install with Outlook Express. I had to go to the root folder where it saves the data in this case .dbx files (I think). Then once I re-installed Windows I had to go back in the root folder, copy and PASTE them. There was a transfer wizard but I found it easier to do it manually. |
