Answer» I would like to return my sony vaio notebook back to factory settings. Unfortunately I do not have any recovery DISKS or anything like that. My CURRENT OS is Windows 7. Thanks for the HELP. lg342Well, unless there is a recovery partition on your hard drive you'll have to purchase a Windows 7 dvd and do a clean install.Or you could CONTACT Sony and request a replacement DVD...HEY.
