Answer» hello everyone, i have a laptop ASUS K40ij model.
I have installed a WINDOWS vista premium, I also installed AVIRA and kaspersky but i haven't try to have a full scan on my system. My laptop is already 8 months in WORKING.
Just this morning, since i don't have anything to do yet, when I open my laptop I run a full scan on my system, unfortunately the scan couldn't completed because once the scan started it only reach for about 1% and then my laptop Hangs.
I turn off my laptop, and then scan it again... but i got the same result.
Could their be virus or malware that stop the scan process?
Or it is just my unit that sucks?
Your reply on this post would be of a great help on my PART to solve this problem. Please help!
