Solve : Seagate confirms 3TB drive?

Answer»

After a few weeks of rumours, Seagate’s SENIOR product manager Barbara Craig has confirmed to Thinq that “we are announcing a 3TB drive later this year,” but the move to 3TB of storage space apparently involves a lot more work than simply upping the areal density.

By The Way Thanx For The Info ,U ROCKI don't know... you can't just say that the future will be just like now but with some noughts on the end of all the numbers... I think we'll see SSDs get bigger and cheaper, in fact I think we'll be using transparent "data cubes" measuring about an inch each way which we will slot into "brain machines"

and we will wear kind of robes with wings on the shoulders

I wonder if you know who the guy in the dark suit is?

Didnt Understand This

"Hmm" is a sound many people WOULD make during moments of otherwise quite contemplation. the visual aid would often be the stroking of ones beard or moustache. In this case, Calum is saying that he finds the concept of an announcement for an announcement of a product somewhat curious. It is a very, very LARGE drive.

Actually the hard drive isn't much bigger then a normal one. Seagate just hired a bunch of recently laid off Keebler Elves to work on them.

You can't see the pointy ears because of the hood.
