Answer» HELLO there, I have MAC OS X, have recently only connected a Mice to it. Should the Trackpad still be active? I can move the pointer by both the mediums. Is this pretty normal OR, only one of these should work? I went to the Apple store once-there was a MacBook Pro with a Magic Mouse connected to it. Both the mouse and the laptop TOUCHPAD were able to control the mouse when the mouse was PLUGGED in.In OSX I THINK you can check "Ignore trackpad when mouse is present" in the Trackpad tab of the Keyboard & Mouse preferences. Or not, if you prefer. PS the singular is mouse.
