Answer» I have a problem with my Windows XP Home laptop. The single quote ' and double quote " do not display until after another character has been TYPED. This occurs in all programs, which leads me to suspect that it is some SORT of operating system error. I have not been able to find anything to allow me to change this functionality. I WANT the single quote ' and double quote " to display without having to PRESS another key (such as ). Can you please help me?
