Solve : Slow browsing from some sites?

My computer gets 6M DOWNLOAD and .8M upload from dsl. Most sites I visit come right up. However, some sites take FOREVER or don't come up at all. For example, right now I'm attempting to go to Dell's drivers download page and it won't come up. Is this because there are too MANY people trying to access Dell's servers? I have the same problem going to redbox.com. Tried a different browser / what are you using / when did it start happening?

Just make sure to update it ASAP. An old browser is just asking for a virus infection.
