Answer» Please don't laugh. I always work with computers, but the technical names for EVERYTHING I suck at. I am having problems with a laptop that is becoming disconfigured. (Black, blue, and other COLORS in lines across the screen). Where so I direct this kind of question?No need to be EMBARRASSED about asking that question. Some situations, like yours, are not always a clearcut hardware or software issue. Forum moderators can move topics from one section to another if they deem it APPROPRIATE. |
