Answer» I bought a USED PRESARIO F700 laptop and for some reason I am unable to go to certain websites using it! It doesn't matter what browser I use (I've tried firefox, google chrome, and internet explorer) certain sites are unavailable to me. The sites are any kind of torrent and also sendspace.com. Today I tried to go to allposters.com and none of the ART images would show up. It's like some parental control setting or something but when I go into my computer settings (I use windows vista) under internet options, none of those sites are banned or ANYTHING like that. I know it's not my internet provider because my desktop doesn't have this problem. I hope this is in the right place. Anyone have soem advice for me? Best thing for any kind of used machine is a FORMAT and a clean install of Windows.
