Answer» Hey, I just rebooted my windows xp sp2 and it is about 4 years old. my key board has sound bottons on it. ( ) ( ) -Volume+ ( ) Mute So when i press any of those my computer freezes up! but my avast PROGRAMME on the BAR where the time is, the a is still spinning and when i CLICK on my applications on my desktop it doesent do anything. so i have to turn off and on my computer. HELP PLEASE! P.S. Before i rebboted my computer it was working FINE. Please dont give me answers that have to do with restoring the computer. Thanks!Try uninstalling keyboard through Device Manager, and restart computer.
