Answer» i am using an apple i mac (2009) 4GB running it with att wireless....as i noted i am a novice at this....mainly USE it for EMAIL and looking up things.. I had been storing pics on it.....but lately when ever I go to them I get that spinning colored disk - i guess that means loading...but it never ends. i have to turn off the computer manually for quite a while.......there fore i dont' download or even VIEW pics anymore then today upon just looking email and opening up I keep getting that spinning disk again...and for typing in SOMETHING again the disk and it takes forever does this NEED to be upgraded- do i need to purchase more memory....please advise...I don't want to be hosed into getting another computer thanks for any help.......aairlar
