Answer» http://www.anti-spyware-101.com/remove-spylockerI haven't had a spyware/virus infection for well over a year. Use Firefox with Noscript. Oh, and common sense. Which unfortunately is not YET available for download. How do you enable this NOSCRIPT in firefox, i went looking and not sure what I'm looking for ? In TOOLS...etc..... I too am amaxed on the lack of problems I have encountered since switching over to firefox, it truly is the best browser......... When is linux 101 being taught? Noscript --> Go to Tools --> Add Ons --> click get extensions and search for it in the web page. It's an extension, so not built into Firefox. I can give you a list of other useful extensions if you like? Safety, functionality, annoyances, etc.Quote from: Calum on April 24, 2007, 11:39:51 AM Noscript --> Go to Tools --> Add Ons --> click get extensions and search for it in the web page. What up Caluuuummmm !!! thanks Chief, what is the one that will help me organize the 19" bookmarks "favorite" list that pops down everytime I go to puterhope!! No need to get an extension for that. Click Bookmarks, Organize Bookmarks, and you can SORT them into folders etc from there. You can drag them around without going into organize, but to make folders you need to be there. Hope that helps.Quote from: Raptor on April 14, 2007, 08:04:26 AM I haven't had a spyware/virus infection for well over a year. Thanks Raptor for learning me !!! |
