Solve : spyware.ietoolbar?

Hi there

I use Norton internet security

Regularly I get the message: malware found : spyware.ietoolbar.
It is automatically REMOVED from the PC by Norton. Sofar sogood.

But this comes up daily. How can i AVOID it?
MAYBE can I block some internet address in my browser?
