Solve : STACK OVER FLOW AT LINE ZERO?

Answer»

Does any one know how to eliminate the box that appears when in I read my e-mails that reads Stack Over Flow At Line 0. I have Script Disabled checked in the advanced tab in Internet options. That didn't help.1. When did you last do a virus scan?
2. What operating system (e.g. XP, Windows 7)
3. Is this in a browser or an email app?
4. What has changed before you started getting this problem?

This occurs only when I am in e-mail MODE.  My O. S . is XP.  I have run a virus, malware and registry error scans since this started happening. Quote from: Eddie B on June 23, 2012, 06:04:35 AM

This occurs only when I am in e-mail mode.

Does this mean an email program such as Outlook or Outlook Express or accessing webmail (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo etc) in a browser?

When I click on a e-mail that I want to read, a box pops up that states MESSAGE FROM THE WEB PAGE.... STACK OVERFLOW AT LINE ZERO.... there is a triangle with a exclamation mark on the left side of the box.  also a place to click OK and an X to close.  This dialog box will also appear when I click on to one of my folders saved. I am using outlook express.Outlook Express uses parts of Internet Explorer. Have you done this?

Open Internet Explorer then go to  Tools, Internet Options, Advanced Tab. Check 'Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)', uncheck 'Display a notification about every script error'. Apply, OK, OK. Close Internet Explorer.

Thanks for the suggestion. however, been there done that,  still same problem.Have you done this?

1. In Outlook Express, go to Tools | Options, and select the Security tab.
2. Enable the Restricted Sites Zone (More Secure) option.
3. Go to Start | Control Panel, and double-click the Internet Options applet.
4. On the Security tab, click the Custom Level button.
5. Under SCRIPTING, select Disable under the ACTIVE Scripting heading. That may have solved the problem.  Time will tell. I will keep you informed.  Many thanksnot sure if above steps eliminated my stack overflow problem. When I perform step 5 above and select disable, in the active scripting heading, I am not able to get into my ATT / Yahoo
e-mail  pages. When I sign in all I get is a BLANK page with POST written in the upper left corner.
