hello, i am trying to download the free version of superantispyware and i keep getting a window with save or cancel i hit save and it downloads and i never see it again what am i doing wrong, ty for your time.When you download any file and click "save:, it will prompt you to where you want your downloaded file to be PLACED(hardrive e.g. C: D:, flashdrive,  existing folders or NEW). Try searching on the search OPTION and type your superantispyware/file name and search your hardrive. Assuming it is downloaded.hello ty for helping, i dont want to save it but there is no run option and when i punch save no options come up as to where it should be downloaded it just starts and then no further screen comes up when its finished.Does this instance only happen to downloading superantispyware or to every software you want to download? What is your current browser and version?Download by RIGHT clicking on the link and then you'll be asked where you want to save it.Ty guys, this is happening with everything right now, i have recently changed to google CHROME and mozzilla firefox , i dont know what version and when i right click the link i get copy, paste, delete kind of stuff, and its not the normal box that pops up when i hit download it looks almost like the run box it has a search at the bottom and a clear list button that is not lit up, please excuse my ignorance and lack of punctuation some of my keys are german and some are broken,tyOpen your Mozilla Firefox browser, look for TOOLS menu and click OPTIONS... under the MAIN menu there is a DOWNLOADS option. Put a check mark on "show the downloads window when downloading a file" and also put a dot mark on "always ask me where to save files". Leave the other options blank under Downloads option. Click "ok". Try closing your mozilla browser(Press x) and reopen again mozilla and go back to TOOLS to see if they are the same default(Tools, options, Main, Downloads). If they are, close menu option and try downloading if its the same result.ty so much i am working on itSome of the newer sophisticated nasties out there in the wild prevent DLoading/running and updating both SAS and MBAM...

Also SAS has a free standing utility that will run from a flash drive...you should DLoad it from another machine though just to be safe.
