Answer» don't know how, but have a program called system soap running on my pc. no MATTER what i do i cannot remove it. are you familiar with this program, and if so how do i remove it? Scan for viruses, TROJANS and spyware. When and how did you obtain this particulair program?Maybe it is telling you that you need a system shower.....
