I am using word 2011, in a mac to type a document for making a t shirts.  I figured out how to FLIP the document up side down.  But when I PRINT it, it does not print up side down? What am I doing wrong?
To flip the document I insert word art and flip it. You are suing Mac OS 10 right?
What format is the file? Does the file have text and and graphics  or only graphics?
Normally, Word is used fro printing documents.

Have you considered using any free graphics printing programs for Apple?

Yeah Mac os 10, I was able to flip it, just does not print. Its just a text document, that is my website name.Yeah, you can not flip text for printing. Only for viewing.  But an image can be  rotated any POSITION and printed.

Try this. Set you display to the highest resolution, adjust the text to fix and fill the screen as you want. TAKE a screen shot, save the image. Later print the image as you like.
I think you already know low to do a screen shot in OS X.

You can't do this in Microsoft Word 2011, but there is a work around.

Return your document to normal so nothing is upside down.

- Go to File > Print
- At the bottom of the Print window, click the PDF button, and save your document as a PDF.
- Once you have saved a copy, open the new PDF file inside Preview.
- Now, from inside Preview, go to File > Print
- If you see a Show Details button, click it to show all available options.
- Choose Layout from the print options pop-up menu (the pop-up menu within a separator bar, which should currently have 'Preview'  selected).
- Select the “Reverse page orientation” checkbox.

Now, when you print, the document will print upside down.
