Barclays is based in the UK and ALSO operates worldwide. Depends on how and where their email data is stored.It's just a standard phishing scam... the FACT that they managed to acquire information that allowed them to have a more likely bank for their targets doesn't change the fact that those victims shouldn't be FOLLOWING links in e-mails anyway. |
