I've USED it the past 3 YEARS and have had no problems. Of coarse it's very misleading, because they advertise as the Federal PART being free, but then they ask if you would like to do your state too, and they wait till the very end to tell you it costs $14.95 for state. They also charge you another $14 or $15 to have the refund DIRECT deposited into your account. (That is unless you're paying in.) So after going from "free", to $30, it's still a good way to file online.
