Answer» Can anyone help a helpless old-age pensioner, please? Whenever I open a video on BBC News, I get a message after a seconds warning me that the ADOBE Flash plugin has crashed. This stops the video which I am unable to continue viewing. If not too MUCH trouble, could anyone kindly send me clear and simple instructions how to remedy this fault? I am only a computer newbie! Many thanks. JoeWould you consider USING a BROWSER such as Firefox? Firefox has a flash plugin that might fix this ISSUE and Firefox is well at keeping up to date.
