Answer» Hi I recently saved some jpegs to a disc and when I tried to retrieve them many gave me the same message the file was truncated or incomplete is there anyway I can access the files and resave them in photoshop error message "Could not open 'file name' because a JPEG marker segment LENGTH is too short (the file may be truncated or incomplete)"I've never USED it, but try this: http://www.datarescue.com/photorescue/index.htmHey thanks - it wont WORK for my PROBLEM though only digital photos on cards not cd's but the software does look promising - well it claims a lot of things i was able to recover the jpegs through a powerpoint presentation and since it's for a puppet show video they didn't need to be huge docs as final cut isn't great with STILLS anyway ....
