Answer» i made a test.exe on my desktop for pretty much no RESON lol. well anyway i cant delete it because it says its in use by another program. ugh... It's been there for a couple weeks now.Start in Safe mode and see whether you can delete it.This has worked for me...but I would be careful with it. http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/Killbox and/or PROCESS EXPLORER should be able to help you get rid of it if you can't delete it in Safe Mode.I agree with sobyean... try safemode first. If that doesn't work, move on to the third party utils like unlocker.
