CaraThey do look like spam to me, I receive tonnes of similar emails every week - Notice the generic/gibberish email addresses and the messages that are designed to make the person receiving them intrigued and therefore want to reply.

That said, the best thing do do is to talk to your son, posting his emails online (without his permission?) certainly isn't the right thing to do.
