Answer» Is there a button any where on a crt that will reset the factory settings? I have my post SHOW up on one side an windows loading on the other.Check the on screen menu, there should be a rest option in there somewhere. If not you'll have to use the rest of the controls to reset it. Not all monitors have this function, and there is no universal button that will reset EVERY monitor. Hope this helps.Thats what I'm afarid of. I checked an didnt find anything.If your monitor has buttons it should be adjustable THOUGH those buttons. Have never encountered a monitor that didn't have that ability with buttons. Some really older monitors also have a button on the back that can be PRESSED to reset. But I'd DOUBT you're using this type of monitor. May also want to consult the online documentation and/or visit http://www.monitorworld.com/Its a dell shoud have thought of that waiting on a package. So I can get this one pc out of my room for good.Its not listed but I found the manual its a M781 Color monitor.
