| Answer» HEY, if I POST something on someone's thread or if I create my own thread, will I get notified automatically through the "New replies to your posts" LINK on the top of the page? I've noticed kpac replied to my message but there were no messages in this link. Maybe it's because I've read his answer FIRST, then checked the new replies? I don't know. Would like to know how this system works. I'm asking this because I've written a lot of answers and did a lot of posts on people's threads but I received maybe 1% or 0% updates on them.Once you visit the topic, it will be marked as 'read' and will not show up in 'New replies to your post' until another user posts again. You can have forum notify you by email when a new reply is posted. Simply click on the button at the bottom of this post.So if someone posts again, it will APPEAR in 'New replies to your posts'? That's what I wanted.Yep.Quote Maybe it's because I've read his answer first, then checked the new replies? This would explain it... | |
