Solve : video graficks help??

i try to play a movie but the screen comes all screw up i need help?Is this a DVD movie or just a media FILE (avi, wmv, mpg, etc.)  All in all its either video driver, low system RESOURCES, video codec, or worse BAD video card.  Have you tried DXDIAG?This site might help if it's codecs or for other ideas.. http://www.dvdrhelp.com/playmy COMP mesed up and it stared it?
