BV:Malware-gen, Trojan horse, and a couple others. There is even a desktop wallpaper that takes over and appears. If you try to get rid of it it automatically sends you to the internet and a website to download a program to get rid of viruses and malicious spyware. Then when you get rid of it on the internet it keeps popping up every so often, again. This all started Saturday morning when a message came up and SAID SOMEONE was trying to access the computer. What can be done to get rid of it? Have tried everything I can think of to help her out! THANKS! Go through the steps here and post the required logs.
