it must be a vault in the registery

You've just won the award for being the most brief person to ever visit this forum.. Care to tell us why you THINK it is a registry problem? The registry has VAULTS?I think he meant 'Faults'.....Its the only one that seems to make sence to me....

Chris Mine has a vault. I painted a big yellow thirteen on it. it's a mistake in the registery because icannot think about something else.
no VIRUS chect with nod32
no spyware and so on.
and on my other pc its works great so why not on this one

i am the only user off this computer so i have all rights and privelliges

Make New Connection wizard stays the option vpn dimmed
problem solved .
services telefonie was disabled that all.
