I have an infected PC again!

I RAN the scans before xmas, just haven't had chance to post til today.

Current VIRUS warning SAYS:

Infected file NAME: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ezpra.dll\EZPRA.DLL
Virus name: W32/Conficker.worm
