Solve : What do you think of this one??

Answer»

So I wanted to have my very own pc for a long time for several reasons. Schoolwork, gaming, the FACT that my sister won't be able to get access to my pc (probably the most important one ), and several other reasons. I was thinking about saving money for this one. I've sent my curriculum vitae for a job that will pay me €200,- once a month . I just want your opinion about this baby here (awwwwww, it's a boy ). Well, what do you think?

http://www.pc4everyone.nl/product_detail.php?pid=113O yeah, this is the system information.

- Intel Pentium IV
- 2.4 GHz Processor
- 512MB + 512 MB for free!!
- CD-Rom
- 40 GB Harddisk
- 17 inch TFT Flatpanel
- USB/Sound/Network
- Windows XP as OS
- 1 year of warranty

Total price: €379,-...I don't think that's a good deal to be honest.
I don't really know European pricing, but that's £285 in my money.
For only a tad more, here at least I could build myself, or buy pre-built, a better PC than that one.I have to say don't think it's a good deal either. If you spend a bit more I believe you could get a lot more value for you money. Where I live we have a lot of online shops that sells systems they assemble themselves. These are usually very good value for money compared to BRAND name computers. And in the cheap end they are often so cheap that you can't even build one yourself that's cheaper.

secondedMaybe you're right guys, but I don't have much money to spend. Plus the fact that I don't know the better parts for my computer. Still, I'm willing to save more money for a DECENT pc. Start with a budget of what you can spend...
You've listed what it's needed for so we'll go from there...
