Answer» i have a sony laptop. I cannot access my computer. It doesnt start anymore. When i open it, it freezes when logo APPEARS and it is stuck in there. I tried to check the cmos/bios setup but still it freezes in the middle of searching the setup page.please help..thanksWhat happened before this started? How old is the laptop? And can you give us a model for it?I am not real familliar with sony but maybe when it is booting you can press F8 for advanced startup options and select safe mode. From there you MIGHT be able to check THINGS out a little better and run SCAN disk or something.
