Answer» I am having TROUBLE with a computer that locks up when using outlook express. Mostly she claims when she is SCROLLING. It has to be COMPLETELY turned off to resolve the problem. I saw on here a FIX but the vidio card she has in it is not one of the ones listed. Can any help? thanksSounds like a video driver issue. Have you tried updating the video driver?
