Is it possible to have windows 10 installed on an Apple MINI iPad v11.2.1 Model ME279X/A

If so, could you please give EASY instructions how to do it ?

To be honest, I dont understand that at all.    I dont have an iPad Pro for starters, its a mini iPad - so I am guessing the answer is no.  But thanks, DaveRecently we got an older iPad. But it will stay the way it is.
