Answer» Suddenly, for the last few days, whenever I am in Live Mail, I keep on getting the attached message ("Enter your user name and password"); I just click OK and all is fine, and then 5-10 SECONDS later, the message appears again etc. What's going on? Please help. Thanks The dialog will usually appear if the AUTHORIZATION is failing or the E-mail client wasn't able to CONNECT to the incoming mail server. It usually takes 5-10 seconds for such an attempt to timeout."What is Wanaadooo ? ? May be a browser addon acting up..." Wanadoo is the old name for Orange - both are valid in France. If I click OK for the user name/password, all is OK, and I can open the mail, although within a minute, I am asked again. If I click on X (close), it is very unhappy, and tells me I cannot open Live Mail. Bob |
