Hi there - I am new to this forum. Am looking for WAYS to locate and identify the owners of WIRELESS internet networks in my neighborhood so that I can pay to get internet access through their network. In terms of my lease agreement I cannot enter into a direct agreement with an SP - so I have to USE dial up and it is very slow. Any ideas?Where in the world are you?I'm in California.Quote

I may need to canvas my neighborhood somehow to find a NEIGHBOR who is willing to 'sub-let' wireless access.
