The woman is clearly not fit to own a computer. Now you might call me crazy, but when I spend money I actually look at what I'm buying. The more I spend, the closer I look. Weird, I know. Saying the whole thing stemmed from that is just ridiculous - firstly she should have been aware what she was buying, secondly she should have learned how to use it or changed to Windows if she really couldn't be bothered. Saying Dell "discouraged" her by telling her the truth is just idiotic. "Later, she discovered Ubuntu might look like Windows, but it doesn't always act like it." What? No way! I think I may have to do something ELSE before I bang my head on my desk and break it.thats why i prefer to buy at the Store instead.
